Most of the services at Multimedia VA have been grouped into packages or have been assigned a set fee so you no longer have to worry about wasted time or being charged extra upon completion of a project. What is written here is what you will be charged…simply place your order!

Retainer Package – $250 / month, 2 spots currently available
A retainer package is a means of reserving a minimum of 10 hours per month at a discounted rate.
- Hours MUST be used within the month – they do NOT carry over
- Invoices are sent automatically on the first of each month
- Can be used for any type of assignment (writing, audio, video, content management)
- You will receive an update each Monday morning with the amount of hours you have left & current jobs in progress
Aweber Coaching Sessions – $40 / hour
Sessions are 1 hour in length and will focus on:
- How to set up a list
- How to create a web form
- How to setup your autoresponder messages
- How to setup your newsletter
- How to create a blog broadcast
Video Editing & Production – prices start at $50 per hour
Examples include:
- Webinar Recording & Editing
- Marketing Videos
- Powerpoint Slideshows
- Tutorials
- Membership Site Tours
Audio Editing – Prices start at $35 per hour
Examples include:
- Audiobooks
- Teleseminars
- Podcasts
Podcast Identity Package – $150
Give your podcast its own unique sound that is easily recognized. Package includes:
- Full production of 4 audio files: 30-second promo, 60-second promo, introduction/show opening and segue (copywriting, recording, music selection from podsafe, royalty-free music collections)
Mini Podcast Setup – $50
Don’t let technology keep you from podcasting! Get started quickly with this mini package. For WordPress blogs only.
- Installation of Podpress plugin and social bookmarking plugins
- Setup of Feedburner RSS feed
- Access to training videos showing how to use each plugin
Podcast Production Package – $35 per episode
Simply record your audio and leave the editing to us! Package includes:
- Editing of audio files up to 30 minutes long with addition of music and/or commercials
- Uploading complete Mp3 file to hosting account or Audio Acrobat account
- Write 250 word show notes/blog post for each episode
A La Carte Services – $35 per hour
For experienced podcasters who just need a little help. Choose from:
- Research podsafe music selections
- Voice overs
- Setup social media accounts
- Setup video marketing accounts
Transcription Services – starting at $80 per audio hour
Transcribe your interviews or webinars to create content for your customers. Price depends on length of audio and number of speakers. Transcripts are good for:
- Posting on your blog or website to draw search engine traffic
- Selling as an information product
- Creating an email series for your subscribers
- Adding as a bonus to a paid product
Article Writing – starting at $22 per article
- All articles are original, never published
- Can be used on your own website, newsletter, or submitted to article directories
- Up to 500 words = $22
- Up to 700 words = $29
- Up to 1000 words=$36
